I am not the DCUM psychic but I do Tarot. I did a layout for you. Here is what I see: Only one pentacle came up in this reading, so I don't think the offer is about money. I think it's about love. The man is a happy, successful man. You are challenged by trying to bridge two very different worlds. You have been doing hard work on this matter for a while. You should focus on true love. Your hope and goal is bounty, plenty. A domestic scene of flourishing rewards. At the moment you are in a state of, not quite despair but disappointment. Suggested approach, move on, turn away, give up, look for a new love. You have been in a state of suspended animation. Let go. Your hope is a helpful husband. The outcome of the matter is that you are going to take action. Ace of Swords. You can read more about the Ace of Swords here. https://www.psychic-revelation.com/reference/q_t/tarot/tarot_cards/swords_ace.html#:~:text=Tarot%20Card%20Interpretation%20%26%20Meaning%20%2D%20Ace%20Of%20Swords,or%20from%20a%20job%20situation. Am I anywhere near right? Was it about a romantic partnership?
OP here; thank you so much for doing this reading and providing this insight! Truly appreciated. The offer I'm considering involves 2 men, but is related to my career. My company is restructuring, and a very good man (let's call him Bob) is getting laid off. Bob and I are essentially in the same role. I want to approach our manager (let's call him Jim) and offer to shuffle us, to lay me off instead of Bob. I think this is related to love in the sense that if I quit this job, I can focus on my husband/family better; I also feel it would be a loving thing to do for Bob if it all pans out. But I am scared of Jim saying no to the offer and being terminated; I'm scared of going from working to not working (especially during pandemic). I am torn up over the situation! If these extra details alter your reading, I'd love to hear. Thank you again.
This is a stupid plan. You don’t need to lose a job to focus better on your family. Be thankful that you have a job—for now. You’re probably next in line to lose it.
Perhaps it is a stupid plan for you, but obviously not for everyone, or for her, as she has been considering it for along time. Many people happily and successfully drop our of the rat race and live wonderful, meaningful lives.
NP: I think it's a thoughtful, kind, and generous plan that makes sense for OP, her family, and her co-worker.
