Meh, more words. Tell me specifics. Tell me that you have reviewed your SOP for discriminatory practices (in many cases, how about creating an SOP). Tell me that TD's are charged with the responsibility to spot racism and act immediately. Tell me that you will be open and honest about violations and corrective actions.[/quote]

I was an earlier poster who requested specifics. This is exactly what is useful. Words followed by specifics within what clubs can do. These are good ideas. How about more representative coaching staffs. [/quote]

What club are you with?
I can tell you my kids club is about are diverse as it can possibly be and thats here in Northern VA.   The coaching staff is every shade of color one can be.   
If that is how you truly feel then go to a club that better meets your diversity expectations.  Let your existing club know why you are leaving.  [/quote]
