People are amplifying exceptions as if they are the rule.[/quote] Not true. NP here - my child had issue. Nothing was ever resolved. They could not tell us what caused the issue. They just wanted DC to sign up for retake, with no assurance that the same issue would not occur again. We still have no idea what the issue was. For kids that have been studying their hearts out for some time, this was such a letdown.[/quote]
