University I work at is losing oodles of money from having students at home. Dorms, dining halls, rec center were built using bonds that can't be paid if the students aren't paying for dorms and food (all were refunded). All contracts continue even though no students are there. So distributors, cleaning staff, and landscaping have to be paid. This is not saving our school money. [/quote]
