OP here.  No one is looking to me for friendship.  No one ever calls me, emails me (except for the one BFF I have here).  No one is making friendly overtures to me.  I can't remember the last time I was invited to do something.  What's wrong with me?  Should I find a new therapist who might be more helpful in telling me what I'm doing wrong to turn people off? I agree with the poster who said find a hobby or volunteer opportunity that's ongoing, so you'll have a chance to get to know others in the group over a period of time.[/quote]
