Maybe when he reviews the reports...

In one thread derailed by deletions, he automatically deleted without review because he recognized the style of the reporter and generally trusts her reports. This was what he said IIRC when I asked about.

Probably fine most of the time for the racists and trolls, but not appreciated when the reporter starts nitpicking and gets so overzealous that she reports/deletes most of a good conversation.
