Find the club that aligns with your ideals. That is the only answer. Ranting on a board will have zero impact on CCL, your leaving for a club that offers what YOU want for YOUR kid will improve your experience.

The problem is you believe that the shortcomings that you perceive are both universally shared and universally valued and correct. Not everyone sees it the same way that you do and they are under no obligation to do so.

I have no illusions that everybody agrees with my perspective.  That is why I opine.  I also think that most sheep will continue going straight to the slaughterhouse regardless of what we say.  But at the margins, perhaps some may retain open minds and change direction.  That presumption is based on experience in persuading people. You want an entire league to collapse instead of just changing to a club, team, league that suits your needs.

How many years have you been complaining about CCL? How many years have you wasted trying to change the course of a river through a message board when you could have just changed clubs?

If you were good at what you do you would get a position on a board, either league or club to implement your youth soccer ideals.
