MCPS is not giving grades for quarters 3 and 4. Both students will be at a crazy disadvantage because they lose these grades. The ones from DCPS will be totally written off by admissions officers as worthless and the ones from MCPS won't exist. [/quote] Just got the 3rd quarter MCPS report card.
