She said they were thinking about going on a bike ride, and because streets are public places, there would be other children on the street/sidewalk bicycling. As in the would visually see other people (gasp!) and pass by them on bikes (OMG!!!) All of this is allowed and is not breaking any guidelines or rules.[/quote]
