We also signed a contract for the year and cannot just stop paying. The last thing we want to do is sue. But we are in a tough spot. We've paid in full for the last two months even though they've been closed since mid March. But if they aren't reopening, we are going to need a nanny. We really cannot afford both a nanny and full preschool tuition. I wish they would offer a discount or at least a credit towards next year. I would still happily pay something to hold our spot and pay teachers. But expecting full tuition for the next several months for a service that isn't being provided is unreasonable.
