It's not the daycares's fault that a pandemic happened and they were ordered to shut down. I'm sure they would prefer for everything to be normal so that they can provide that service. Two weeks isn't a lot of time to come up with a contingency plan for the next several months, so I think daycares are allowed a grace period to figure things out.[/quote]
