The kids deserve mentors, additional help, and additional evaluations not the crappy teachers! The goal is not to continue providing an employment opportunity for ineffective, poor performing teachers. The goal is to get rid of the ones who don't get it, bring in ones that do, and put resources toward the students. [/quote]
