Completely uncalled for, PP.  It's tough right now for a lot of people, including parents.  It's hard to keep kids stuck inside for an indefinite time period.  And some of us parents are expected to work from home with our kids there.  It's not ridiculous to wonder whether it's ok to let them go to a nearby park.  It's unprecedented and there's little guidance being provided.[/quote]

I agree there is little guidance. People need to start educating themselves by reading news. Which countries have contained successfully, which have not. Unfortunately only the very strict measures flatten the curve. Stay home, everyone. [b]Social distance means isolate. [/b]This virus is highly contagious and love son surfaces for days. What do you think is going to happen if you do a little play date here and there, some shopping, go to work, etc.?[/quote]

No, it doesn't.  Social distancing =/= isolation =/= quarantine.  Do people honestly not see the difference between large *indoor* gathering places, like schools, concerts, etc., and being *outdoors*?  I'm not talking about a mosh pit at an outdoor concert, either.  If you really want to practice social distancing, you won't let your kids around grandparents and older relatives.  That's bananas.
