What would happen is that everyone's costs would go up and land somewhere in the middle between the current in-state and out of state tuition.[/quote] I disagreed with OP until I read this. Effectively, tuition has gone up for everyone since fewer kids seem to attend their state’s schools and opt for out of state. It could free up money for instate financial aid.[/quote]
