I'm not one of the gun nuts but pp you are wrong about the fact that what the person is doing is illegal. It isn't. If they aren't on private property, they can legally hang out there. It is not illegal.[/quote]

The is a crime in Virginia called "brandishing" a firearm. Look it up. What he's doing is illegal.[/quote]
