Apparently this is NOT happening for the FCV United U15 team-even though that was a main reason we signed on. I'd love to hear from the coaches and manager why its not happening. Since the club is supposed to schedule these games, why can't they make it happen??[/quote]

Same thing happened prior to the Fall. Teams were planning to play EDP and it didn't happen. No explanation but we were told league play is either NPL or NCSL. St James has a relationship with NCSL so a guess is this may have come from STJ.[/quote]

Is that their reputation? We were looking into DA clubs and found this thread very interesting! FCV was one of the clubs we were looking at. Do you have specifics? They don't have a lot of info on their website. [/quote]

They are very guilty of lies of omissions. They will tell you what you want to hear and will leave out pertinent information.

They also won’t tell you a new kid is coming in to take your kids job. You’ll just get an offer, go into the fall thinking all is well and now your kid is on the bench.

They also won’t tell you that your kid is coming in to replace a bench player who left for greener pastures and that your kids position is pretty well stocked and she isn’t going to be a starter anytime soon. You’ll hear all the talk about the great environment, steel sharpens steel, look at our commits, look at our facility etc.

In short, they will sell you club as if it is a timeshare that you are just lucky enough to be considered for the position. [/quote]
