Lolz. Yeah, no thanks. If gunshots, rampant street crime and police sirens day and night are how you define "soul" in a neighborhood, then I'm happy here in the boonies.

I'm totally content with my two mostly wooded acres, English garden, koi pond, chickens, ducks and other nature.

You can keep your city warts. I wouldn't trade places with you for any amount of money.

It just depends on how far out you are.  You aren’t getting this in Bethesda, even with unlimited money.  A bit further would be possible, but quite expensive.  If you are willing to go 20-30 miles outside of DC, this wouldn’t have to be crazy expensive.  It’s all about choices.[/quote]
