How are we supposed to address this?  We need to fly and the airlines exploit that -- and keep adding their extra fees for luggage, booking seats in advance, keeping families together, etc.  That's why they keep doing this crap. We don't have much of a choice unless a disruptor airline hits the market.  But I wouldn't certainly happily take my business to any competitor that would provide a better customer experience than U.S. airlines currently do.[/quote]
