[/quote] +1 - I learned this years ago when I went to a fitness/nutrition coach. Your body naturally burns calories throughout the day. On days when you work out, you get a shot of calorie burn during the workout, but your metabolic rate also increases throughout the day. You will still burn calories sitting on your a$$; just not as much as you would if you are active for even part of the day.[/quote]
