It is all about $$$$$.[/quote] Well the fact remains that in DC you only get tickets for going 11MPH over the speed limit - it would be a policy change if it were otherwise and it has never been announced. And it isn't all about the money but there is no point in trying to rationalize with entitled drivers - for the millionth time if you don't want to pay these fines then don't speed.[/quote]
