I was doing everything I could think of to treat the PF, and I still had terrible pain. The issue resolved within a few weeks of doing the 2 minute long stretches. Just a warning -- I tried a shortcut by stretching both calves at once using a ramp-like device, but I injured my achilles that way. [/quote]
