But as anyone who has ever tried to report anything knows, FCPS is all about the CYA policy and all the administrators and assistant superintendents do is try to cover everything up. They'll even threaten parents in order to do it. They don't want to expose problems or even stop them; their only goal is to prevent them from becoming public.[/quote]
