Frankly we’d save $100k a year in income taxes by moving to Virginia due to SALT, and ill-conceived mismanagement of a huge county school district won’t cut it for us. Finally, last ones out will have the largest devaluation of their property. Hopefully The area will attract enough idiots with young kids, who don’t do much research or updating on the school district when buying here.
