I believe in paying for trips (fine with kids ride free, with city provided card-not jumping turnstyle). I dont think seats should be smeared with chic filet or customers slapped on back of head by teens who cant be tracked because they prefer not to use identifying card. I stopped riding metro in my early 30s, soon as I had more options. Happy to ride again when metro chooses to enforce rules and support metro transit police (and by extension, their law abiding customers).[/quote]
