At least as fed you get benefits, paid leave, predictable work week, etc. And often there are opportunities for special workgroups and details to get experience outside your niche. Not everyone will rise to the top, but there is a career path there if you want it.[/quote]what about doc review as a staff attorney or for a federal contractor where you have benefits vs decision writer? I wasn’t referring to temp doc review but that is the most common kind. [/quote]
