[/quote] If you're a Fairfax County resident (I think you said near Tysons Corner, OP?) then the Fairfax County Animal Shelter will take them. They're at 4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax and you just need to call 703-830-1100 to schedule a surrender appointment. Good luck![/quote]
