LOL no! A lot of the u12 “stars” will not be “stars” on the big field. I see it at my club now. Girls who were big and fast last year seem slow and average size. While others have grown and have gotten faster. That is not even taking into account the girls who are taking off technically.

Also there are a few(2-4) “star” players and the ROTT(rest of the team). The ROTT will be eligible for replacement at any time. Just because your kid is on a u12 team at a club with DA/ECNL does not mean your kid will make it next year. A lot of the big physical kids playing midfield and striker will find themselves fighting it out to be a fullback. Your kids position starts to matter. [/quote]
