I think they can look good on some people but honestly, they must go around smelling their own puss all the time and that is so gross.
Their own....puss? Do you mean pus? Neither makes a lick of sense.
HAHAHA I didn't notice that when I posted it!!! OK that is so funny... well either really would not smell/taste good. I meant to type PUS. I conduct hearing testing and all day long women remove their earrings and you can smell the pus from a couple feet away as I am readying the equipment. So having that in my nose full time would just be horrific.
LOL, I have NO idea what you are talking about....pus? I don't have pus in any of my piercings, including my septum and my 0 gauges, and they don't smell. I have a crazy intense sense of smell, like I can actually sniff out a mouse nest and have no idea what you are talking about.
It's not pus but I know exactly the smell she is talking about. I think it's some people's skin reaction to the metals. I've never smelled it from afar though! I would have to sniff my own jewelry to smell it. I don't leave earrings in any longer but I used to and know the smell
PP here with the septum ring & gauges, that actually makes sense. I don't wear anything in my piercings that isn't surgical steel, titanium, wood or buffalo horn. I can also only wear stainless steel or gold for rings and necklaces because I have a reaction to other metals and my skin turns blackish. Maybe that's why mine don't smell and I never noticed it with my many friends who also have piercings, since people who are into piercings most always wear surgical steel, etc. and not cheaper metals that have nickel, etc.
