She very publicly said she didn't want to be "Katy Perry" anymore so she cut her hair, tried to change her sound, etc. And guess what? No one liked it. Now she's riding on her name but doesn't have any hit music. Add her to the list of women who need to hang it up now that they've passed their prime.
