On top of that, the county will be expected to build more schools to handle capacity and the large amount of students from parents who came here illegally.  MoCo is not growing economically and creating almost no jobs.

The entire county is going down the tubes.  It is a combination of increasing budget deficits, illegal immigration that's straining the capacity for schools, declining tax revenue, increasing unaffordability, increasing retirees who are hogging homes + will require tremendous amounts of resources/pension payouts, and 0 economic growth.  What it means is that taxes are almost certain to go up on whoever is left in the county that is still young and in their prime earning years.  School quality and public services will deteriorate as the crunch for the county's finances becomes worse.  People will flee.  And the cycle will keep repeating itself until the county is decimated.
