The issue is: will your DH agree to waive spousal support in a normal divorce? Or are you looking to get out of paying spousal with your at-fault divorce idea? If your DH agrees to no spousal, he can just not request it at the settlement. I doubt that a judge will change it if you put an approved settlement in front of him. If your DH insists on spousal support, then it is not an uncontested divorce.[/quote]
