I used my whiteness to get through bad schools, join the Navy, get a GED, take every hazardous pay station offered to leave the Navy with enough money to get a undergrad and grad degrees from programs where my whiteness put me in the minority among Chinese and Indian students. Yessiree, I could not have worked in temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees to 120 degrees without my whiteness.
