Maybe something to consider when the people who are so aggressively pushing high density housing for MoCo are raving about the benefits.

So we should continue to develop on farm fields with no infrastructure, where people have to drive long distances to get anywhere, which is terrible for the (1) environment (2) government budgets (3) people's quality of life, because otherwise there are too many people using the grass sports fields?
