I've noticed that the classes that fit my schedule are mostly "off peak" - I know these classes are supposedly cheaper but it doesn't look like they sell packages for just "off peak" classes...am I missing something?
You can buy 10 packs of off-peak classes either through the app or the mindbodyonline solidcore page. You’d really only have to go off-peak for it to be cheaper IMO, since the regular priced single classes are so much more expensive (and check how long a package is good for).
I didn’t see any off peak class packages for sale on the app when I last looked. Maybe in MINDBODY? I can’t tell bc mindbody isn’t showing prices to me since I have a package. Also, they’re going to start offering 30 min classes in September!
They have some weird name, like off-peak 2 or something. It’s there. 30 min classes at the regular price are a non-starter. They have tried before. At best, I would tack it on to a full-body class since I’m on unlimited.
The 30 minute classes are definitely cheaper as singles, but I don't know how they would work with a package. Different question: I'm still quite new to solidcore-- I'm going to my 5th class today-- but so far I'm having an issue with how long it takes to recover between classes. I went to a class on Monday evening, and my legs were so wrecked afterward that I really struggled through my cardio workouts on Tuesday and Wednesday. For those who've been doing SC for awhile, are you still sore/fatigued between classes?
Some days (like yesterday) I am still a little sore. The soreness when I first started went away quickly. I also do hot toga and I think that helps.
DP who’s taken for 2.5 years, and I rarely get sore. Usually only when we do hamstrings or inners after not having done them for a while. Occasionally upper body, since my favorite coach loads the springs. My legs do get fatigued, though, if it’s been a legs-intensive class. I also do Peloton, and can really feel it in those cases. I find you do need to pay attention to recovery with solidcore, especially if you really push yourself there. It’s not an easy activity.
