We're the family with twins who just got into MV8 and are deciding between MV8 and Bruce Monroe for PK3.  We are not IB for BM -- we did the lottery for our kids, who are Spanish dominant -- we are inbound for LaSalle-Backus Elementary school which feeds into New North Middle School.  We don't want to send our kids to either of those schools, primarily because we are heavily invested in bilingual education.

No worries OP, there is a long waitlist for prek3 so if you don’t take the spot, the next person will jump at the chance.  LOL.

But I would say start saving money now then for middle school to go private or else plan to move to the burbs if you want a decent middle school.  The likelihood of winning the lottery for a decent middle school is significantly lower than elementary,[/quote]
