Travilah and Glen are 2.5 miles from Jones Lane. Jones Lane runs between Turkey Foot and Darnestown Road. Poolesville is 10 miles from Jones and Darnestown. The link to the house in your post is even farther away in a completely different direction, at least 10-13 miles from Jones Lane, 25 minutes and north of 370. I also doubt that the sellers will get anywhere near 1.2 million up there, the 800K is more likely. 1.2 million is not "multi million" anyway. Bizarre. [/quote]
