When my kids in W school pass state exam with a 5, they and they peers make their school a good school. If you bus all the students in Burning tree ES to any title one ES in MCPS, that school will become a 9-10 School immefiately. Students make school, not the other way around. Please ask why Jashua Starr chose to live in Burning Tree ES district when he moved to MCPS and why Obama did not send his children to DC public schools. Why didn't Obama buy/rent a house in SE DC when he left WH? Why so many of the progressive young couples moved to MC from DC once their kids are ES age? Parents look after their kids first. They talk the talk but do what is best for their family. [/quote]
