And the food is less healthy than American city food. Europe is fried everything served with bread and fried sides. Chocolate spread on pastries and pickled everything. Or giant plates of pasta. Just no. Only France and Greece consistently get it right with food. Don't even get me started on the wasteland that is the Netherlands.
