He coached Navy team and ran it into a ground in one year. Playing time started to be allocated based on politics, which had a detrimental effect on how the team performed and affected the team chemistry. All, but one player, left for other clubs. Many of them are playing on high level teams now so the team clearly had plenty of raw talent. On the other hand, Sully Hamid is a good coach. [/quote]
