WTF is wrong with the BOE? First well we are going to gut your magnet program and make it no longer county wide and then we are not going to gut your magnet program in the foreseeable future but possibly might anyway.

The memo is *to* the BOE, not from them. And on page 2 it says "We are continuing the process of gathering additional feedback from the community about regional and countywide IB models. We will report back to the Board in early September with additional details and timelines about this transition."[/quote]
