This crisis started, in earnest, under Obama.  It grew to a crisis under Obama.  What exactly did he do?

So people other than Trump. Doesn't he have a bigger following than @WhiteHouse account? (And it's pretty clear from the writing that wasn't Melania writing that tweet, which I guess means at least someone in the White House is trying to get the word out, even if not her.) But why can't he be the one calling attention to his programs and the WaPo piece? He's too busy tweeting about other "more important" things? Like his schoolyard insults at his political opponents?[/quote]
