Wait...I thought you said they denied you care???  If you registered, paid the fee and now pulled the child for some reason of your own then of course you shouldn't get your money back after you've already used part of the service.  Or why would you pay the fee before being accepted?  OP, you've got to be making this up for the thrill of the drama.  I think your school is trying to send you a message if that's the case.[/quote]

We registered, paid online, then got an email saying we weren't eligible. They're keeping the $250 [b]application [/b]fee. Sorry, I wasn't clear on that. And yes, if we pull DC from school completely, we have to pay whatever the insurance requires.[/quote]
