“fine boned people” I can assure you that you have regular bones.
OP here. Ok this is getting off track but I have small bones. Its a thing. My wrist is the size of my 9 year olds wrist. My ring size is a size 4. These are things that have nothing to do with my weight or my body image like this board is suggesting but it does correlate with a smaller amount of mass.
OP, I believe you! I am 5'3 and big boned. I have a large head and large, wide set eyes. I am super strong, and struggle to fit my shoulders in jackets... When I am in the "healthy range" for my height, 120's, I look hella sick. My eyes and cheeks are sunken and my hair falls out. I naturally am strongest and healthiest in the upper 130s.
I believe you, too, OP. I'm 5'8 and when I get below 150 I start to look like Skeletor. Anyway, I agree with PPs who say that it's genetic. Most women can't easily sustain a very low amount of body fat, and even those who do may still have cellulite on certain areas. I have a little on my upper thighs and rear; the amount of work it would take to get rid of it simply is not worth it to me. Ask yourself how this issue truly affects your life. Hugs.
