I am not a body builder but I lift regularly and my body fat is in the low 16%s which is within or very close to the range of a female body builder. I have some minor cellulite on my upper thighs most of the time. There is only one way I have found to make it go away- walk twice a day for a total of 10-13 miles per day, every day, for a month or so. But this is incredibly time consuming so I don't do it often. I don't need to look perfect. [/quote]
