It's also about face . They only do it in groups and they will not back down. You must back down. It's about teen power politics. Isnt it awesome that DC has blessed fare jumpers so we now have no idea who is in metro. I'm guessing the ones who cant be bothered to get/use free metro cards would also be more likely to front random people.[/quote]
