[/quote] Are you incapable of reading? Everyone else who said they’ve asked dog owners to leash their dogs has been unsuccessful. I have personally asked a dog owner to pick up his dog poop and he flipped me off and kept walking. These people already know they are doing wrong. There are signs posted. I seriously doubt that OP’s request would be welcome or bring about change.[/quote]
