This.  The Somerset catchment encompasses some really nice walkable SFHs.  You can get to either the FH or Bethesda metros depending on where you are, the capital crescent trail, the Somerset pool (private) or the Bethesda pool (public.). It’s also a very walkable area to retail.   The school is lovely with a strong PTA, limited turnover and a lot of resources.  [/quote]
