[/quote] Ummm you don't sound too bright - you realize that both MD & VA have tolls in numerous locations which are effectively the exact same thing and often in contexts where there is no alternative? The bonds on the Bay Bridge were paid off 20 years ago and there is really no effective alternative to getting to the Eastern Shore and MD wants people to go to the beaches to spend money but none of that has caused them to eliminate the toll.
