[/quote] A good way to communicate this is something like “I appreciate all gifts and gift cards but I prefer something general instead of specific, like Target instead of Starbucks.” Telling people “enough with the Starbucks” is obnoxious and not true....I have teacher friends that love them and told me specifically to give them.[/quote]
