Tons of things add wear and tear to vehicles- snow, potholes, hail, etc. the DC government already provides free roads to out of state drivers, they are not obligated to provide roads that let you speed through residential neighborhoods with no wear and tear on your car. Don’t like it? Ok then drove somewhere else. [/quote]
